Joe is a fourth generation family member from Fredericksburg Texas. He was born and raised in the Hill Country, where farming and ranching and a simpler way of life reigned supreme. He then attended Texas Lutheran University where he obtained a Chemical Eng. Degree.
Joe started in real estate in 2005 with Sotheby’s shortly after graduation and in that time has obtained both a GRI designation along with his coveted brokerage license. During this time as a Realtor, Joe has volunteered on both Professional Standards and Ethics committees, along with the Political committee for the Texas Association of Realtors. His family has a third generation construction company based out of Fredericksburg Texas as well, where his personal passion is the preservation and restoration of older homes and enjoying a simpler way of life.
